Applying for a DC cannabis card is simple and convenient, whether you’re a DC resident or a non-resident. You can complete the application online using the provided links or get in-store assistance from our staff. Once all required documents are reviewed, you’ll receive a digital letter via email within 10 minutes.
For DC Residents:
Per regulations, registrations are valid for up to two (2) years from the date of issuance. If you require a physical card to be issued or replaced, a $10 fee applies.
For Non-DC Residents: Registrants may select from five (5) valid periods. Those are:
