From Bethesda you're looking at 3.9 miles and somewhere around 11–18 minutes. Not far. The area round Bethesda Row, NIH Campus and Walter Reed sits an easy hop from us.

People describe Bethesda as upscale, walkable downtown, premier dining and shopping, easy Red Line to DC. Plenty of people come by Metro. Bethesda Metro (Red Line) is the one you want.

We can't cross into Maryland with an order. That's a licensing thing, not a distance thing. Ordering ahead for pickup is how most Bethesda customers handle it. Whatever you buy stays in the District; carrying it across the line is a federal offense.
