Green Legacy strain menu terpene wheel

Updated 2026-09-19

The strain menu, with the lab sheets.

97 strains on the shelf right now, from 10 growers. Every one has its own page with the current THC, the terpene panel, the effect scores and every size we sell. This strain menu is rebuilt from the live menu, so it tracks what is on the shelf rather than what we wish was.

Sativa-leaning hybrid strains

Leaning up rather than down. Sociable strains that still let you function.

Reading this strain menu

Two lists that regulars ask for. The strongest flower on the shelf by THC: Kush Mints (34.7%), Swamp Sweat (34%), Khalifa Mints (32.6%), Platinum TK (31.8%), Khalifa Kush (31.7%). And the most terpene-rich flower, which is the better list if you care about flavor and feel: Chem Bandana (4.64%), Tahiti Twist (3.98%), Motorbreath (3.68%), Swamp Sweat (3.58%), Hash Burger (3.40%).

A note on the numbers. Flower THC sits in the teens and twenties. Cartridges, disposables and concentrates sit in the sixties to eighties because they are extracts. The two aren't comparable, and a strain page always says which form its headline number comes from. Our guides cover how to read a certificate of analysis, and if you're not registered yet the ABCA patient portal takes about two minutes.

Strain menu questions

How often does the strain menu change?

Daily, in practice. This page is rebuilt from the live menu (last refresh 2026-09-19) and lists 97 strains across flower, pre-rolls, vapes and concentrates. If a strain sells out, its page stays up with the last lab results and a note saying it's gone.

Which strains do you carry as flower?

63 of the 97 strains on this page are on the flower shelf right now, mostly from AltSol, Choof, Cookies. The rest are pre-rolls, cartridges, disposables or concentrates. Each strain page lists every form we have.

Are the THC numbers real?

They are the certificate-of-analysis results for the batch on the shelf, pulled straight from the menu listing. Vape and concentrate numbers are naturally higher than flower and should not be compared with it.

What if I don't know strain names?

Then don't start here. Our shop-by-feel page splits the menu into lanes like happy, relaxed or sleepy, and each strain page shows which lane it sits in. Or just walk in and describe your evening.

Do I need a medical card to buy any of these?

Yes. D.C. sells cannabis through licensed medical dispensaries, so you need a D.C. patient registration and a photo ID. The registration is a free self-certification that takes about two minutes online, and we help with it in store.
