The feel of Lemon Skunk
Effects aren't rated for this batch of the Lemon Skunk strain. Ask at the counter; someone will have tried it. Failing that, the terpenes tell most of the story.
Where Lemon Skunk comes from
Lemon Skunk is DNA Genetics' cross of two Skunk phenotypes selected for their lemon smell. It is a Skunk at heart, just brighter.
AltSol (Alternative Solutions) grows in the District and supplies most of our flower and the Good Night / Great Day pre-roll packs. Consistent jars, honest lab sheets, and a house style that leans gassy. More on the grower at altsol.co.
When to use it
Use it in the day. It's bright enough that it can keep some people up if they take it late.

The nose: Lemon Skunk terpenes
Total terpenes in the Lemon Skunk strain come in at 1.50%. The profile is myrcene, pinene and limonene, in that order, with beta myrcene doing the heavy lifting at 0.57%.
- Beta Myrcene 0.57% Smells like: earthy, musk, cloves The earthy, almost fruity base note in a lot of jars is myrcene. High levels usually mean a softer, slower landing.
- Beta Pinene 0.26% Smells like: woody, pine Pinene is the sharp, green note. Rosemary and pine needles carry it too.
- Limonene 0.26% Smells like: citrus, lemon, herbal Limonene is the citrus note. Strains that lead with it tend to feel brighter and more upbeat.
- Alpha Pinene 0.16% Smells like: pine Pinene is the sharp, green note. Rosemary and pine needles carry it too.
- Beta Caryophyllene 0.14% Smells like: sharp, spice, sweet, wood Caryophyllene is the terpene researchers single out most often, because it behaves a little differently from the rest. On the nose it is pepper and clove.
Terpene percentages are from the current batch's certificate of analysis. Our guides explain how to read one and why the total matters more than the THC.
