From Deanwood you're looking at 5.3 miles and somewhere around 15–25 minutes. Not far. The area round Deanwood Metro, Deanwood Recreation Center and Nannie Helen Burroughs Avenue NE sits an easy hop from us.

Deanwood is historic, community-proud, home to the stunning Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens. Deanwood Metro (Orange Line) handles most of the trip. The rest is a bus hop or a five-dollar rideshare.
